1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and playing Space Wars you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not download or use the app.

2. Licence

TechVyapy Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play Space Wars for personal, non-commercial use on Android devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the app without our written permission.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app or any part of it
• Use hacks, cheats, bots, or unauthorised tools to manipulate gameplay or scores
• Use the app for any commercial purpose without our written permission
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the app's normal operation
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

4. In-App Purchases

Space Wars offers in-app purchases including virtual currency (Gems) and consumable items. Please note:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policy
• Purchases are processed by Google Play; their terms govern all payment disputes
• Virtual currency (Gems) and consumable items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts

5. Advertisements

The app displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using Space Wars you consent to the display of advertisements in accordance with Google's advertising policies. You may remove ads permanently via the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Space Wars is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. TechVyapy Games does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the app at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechVyapy Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including loss of data or virtual items.

8. Updates and Termination

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue Space Wars at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted at techvyapy.com/terms/spacewars with the new effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
