3. Intellectual Property
The TechVyapy name, logo, and site design are owned by Vyapy. Tool output generated from your own input belongs to you. You retain all rights to files and content you process through the site.
4. Disclaimer
TechVyapy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Vyapy does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Always keep backups of important files before processing them through any tool on the site.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vyapy is not liable for any loss of data, loss of income, or indirect damages arising from your use of TechVyapy.
